Google Data Access

As an optional usecase the following data from Google may be accesed:

  • Account information (name, email)
  • Files and documents stored on Goolgle Drive

Google Data collection

Data can be collected to allow the user to copy selected files from Google Drive to our DAM storage.

  • Only the selected files will be copied
  • Files will not be removed or modified from Google Drive

Google Data collection restrictions

Data is accessed using an Oauth flow where the user is expected to verify themselves to Google authentication systems.

  • User must give consent everytime tool is accesed
  • No authentication tokens are stored on our system
  • Data is only accessed when the user is actively using the tool

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your files are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We regularly update our security practices to ensure your information remains safe.

Data Sharing
